If you find yourself being approached by people for help; you enjoy listening to others and you would like to learn more about yourself, then this course could be ideal for you. It will enable you to begin to apply a range of counselling skills to your own work setting, and provide you with a firm foundation should you wish to progress onto further study and to develop a career in counselling. This updated presentation of the course now includes help to support remote listening (online and telephone) for isolated people.
