CBT for weight loss

We are excited to soon be launching a weekly support group for those who have struggled to loose weight. This is a different appoach, with no specific diet, rather a CBT approach to managing and understanding your relationship with food.

 

If you would like to be considered for this group please complete the form below. We hope to start the group in December to mentally prepare for the new year. This will be a subscription service of £5 per session.
